• Install the application - see question number 3.
• Run the application - see question number 5.
• Download resource tables - see question number 6.
• Download your schedule visits - see question number 7.

• Open "Control Panel"
• Select "Programs and Features"
• Locate and click "Hospital Offline Scoring Application (New Standards)"
• At the top, click "Uninstall"
• Follow and complete the UnInstall instructions

- Please note that this process needs a good internet connection.

• Open CBAHI Hospital Survey Scoring Application download page (http://www.cbahi.gov.sa/newhospstd/update).
• Type in your username and password
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link "here" to download the application installation file.
• Locate STEP 2 OF 2 and click "HERE" link to download application installation file.
• Follow download instructions to successfully download the application installation file.
• After successfully downloading the application intallation file, open/run the downloaded installation file.
• Follow the install instruction
• After installtion, a shortcut of the application will be created in your desktop.

Before doing this process, make sure that you have re-starded your laptop first.

- Please note that this process needs a good internet connection and you should complete all your pending surveys, meaning, you should have no pending, un-submitted surveys because resetting the local database means erasing all tables and records in your local database.

• Open CBAHI database installation file download page (http://www.cbahi.gov.sa/update).
• Type in your username and password
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link "here" to download the database installation file.
• Locate STEP 4 OF 4 and click "HERE" link to download database installation file.
• Follow download instructions to successfully download the database installation file.
• After successfully downloading the database intallation file, open/run the downloaded installation file.
• Follow the install instruction

• Double click the shortcut of the application ("HospScoringApps") in your desktop.
• Open any web browser and on the address bar type: localhost/hospcoringapps

• In the home page, point the cursor to "Tools", select and click "Download Resource Tables"
• Read carefully the instruction in the next page and click "Download Offline Survey Scoring Application Resource Tables" to confirm "Download Resource Tables" action.
• In the "Download Resource Tables" page, click "Download Resource Tables" button.
• Wait for the process to complete.
• After the process of downloading the resource tables has completed, click the link "here" to go back to home page.

• In the home page, point the cursor to "Visits", select and click "Download Visits"
• In the "Download Visits" page, click "Download Visits" button.
• Wait for the process to complete.
• After the process of downloading your visits has completed, click the link "here" to go back to home page.
